A limited liability company is one in which the number of partners does not exceed fifty partners, and each of them is liable for the company’s obligations only to the extent of his share in the capital. The company may adopt a special name derived from its objects or from the name of one or more partners. The company’s name shall be followed by the phrase “limited liability” or the abbreviation “L.L.C.”

الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة هي التي لا يزيد عدد الشركاء فيها على خمسين
شريكا، ولا يكون كل منهم مسؤولاً عن التزامات الشركة إلا بقدر حصته في رأس
المال، وللشركة أن تتخذ اسما خاصا يستمد من غرضها أو من اسم شريك أو أكثر.
