Article 25 of Domestic Workers Law

The licence to recruit domestic workers shall be revoked in any of the following cases: 1 - If the licensee ceases to satisfy any of the licensing conditions. 2 - If the licensee receives any consideration from the domestic worker in return for recruiting or employing that worker. 3 - If it is established that the licensee obtained the licence on the basis of false or forged information. 4 - Expiry of the term of the licences or its termination by the licensee and the dissolution or liquidation of the office. 5 - If the licensee transfers the licence to a third party. 6 - If the recruitment office is used as accommodation for domestic workers. The Minister of Interior may suspend the licence instead of revoking it in any of the foregoing cases for a period of three months, and in the event of repetition, the licence shall be permanently revoked.
