English translation
In the event of a violation of the provisions of the preceding Article, the employer shall be punished by a fine not exceeding the total entitlements of the workers that he failed to pay, without prejudice to his obligation to pay these entitlements to the workers—and in accordance with the same procedures stipulated in the preceding Article.

في حالة مخالفة احكام المادة السابقة يعاقب صاحب العمل بغرامة لا تجاوز مجموع
مستحقات العاملين التي تخلف عن دفعها ، وذلك دون الاخلال بالتزامه بدفع
