English translation
The worker shall be entitled to paid annual leave of not less than thirty working days, provided that the worker becomes entitled to leave for the first year after spending at least six months in the employer's service. Weekly rest days, public holidays and sick-leave days falling during annual leave shall not be counted as part of it. The worker shall be entitled to leave for fractions of a year in proportion to the time spent working during it, even if it is the first year of service.

للعامل الحق في إجازة سنوية لا تقل عن ثلاثين يوم عمل مدفوعة الأجر، على أن
يستحق العامل إجازة عن السنة الأولى بعد قضائه ستة أشهر على الأقل في خدمة
صاحب العمل.
ولا تحسب ضمن الإجازة السنوية أيام العطل الأسبوعية والعطل الرسمية وأيام
الإجازات المرضية الواقعة خلالها ويستحق العامل إجازة عن كسور السنة بنسبة
