The official holidays prescribed for the worker with full pay are: a- Hijri New Year's Day: one day. b- Isra and Mi'raj Day: one day. c- Happy Eid al-Fitr: three days. d- The eve of Blessed Eid al-Adha: one day. e- Blessed Eid al-Adha: three days. f- The Noble Prophet's Birthday: one day. g- National Day, 25 February: one day. h- Liberation Day, 26 February: one day. i- Gregorian New Year's Day: one day. If work circumstances require the worker to work on any of these days, the worker shall be granted double pay for that day, together with compensation in the form of a substitute day.

الإجازات الرسمية المقررة للعامل بأجر كامل هي:
أ- يوم رأس السنة الهجرية يوم واحد.
ب - يوم الإسراء والمعراج يوم واحد.
ج - عيد الفطر السعيد ثلاثة أيام.
د - وقفة عيد الأضحى المبارك يوم واحد.
هـ - عيد الأضحى المبارك ثلاثة أيام.
و - المولد النبوي الشريف يوم واحد.
ز - اليوم الوطني ٢٥ فبراير يوم واحد.
ح - يوم التحرير ٢٦ فبراير يوم واحد.
ط- يوم رأس السنة الميلادية يوم واحد.
وإذا استدعت ظروف العمل تشغيل العامل في أحد هذه الأيام قرر له أجر مضاعف
