English translation
Without prejudice to the provisions of Article (72), the worker may not waive annual leave, with or without consideration. The employer may recover the wages paid to the worker for that leave if it is established that the worker worked for another employer during it.

مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (۷۲) لا يجوز للعامل أن يتنازل عن أجازته السنوية
بعوض أو بغير عوض ولصاحب العمل أن يسترد ما أداه له من أجر عنها إذا ثبت
