Article 76 of Private Sector Labour Law

A worker who has spent two consecutive years in the service of the employer shall be entitled to paid leave of twenty-one days to perform the obligatory Hajj pilgrimage, provided that the worker has not performed (1) Amended pursuant to Law No. 85 of 2017 Index of the Law 900 Home Page Labour Law in the Private Sector Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning Labour in the Private Sector the obligatory pilgrimage previously.
