English translation
The employer may grant the worker paid study leave to obtain a higher qualification in his field of work, provided that he undertakes to work for him for a period equal to the study leave period, up to a maximum of five years. If the worker breaches this condition, he shall be obliged to repay the wages he received during the leave period in proportion to the remainder of the period required to be spent at work.

يجوز لصاحب العمل منح العامل إجازة دراسية بأجر للحصول على مؤهل أعلى
في مجال عمله على أن يلتزم بأن يعمل لديه مدة مماثلة لفترة الإجازة الدراسية بحد
أقصى قدره خمس سنوات، وفي حالة إخلال العامل بهذا الشرط يلتزم برد الأجور التي
