English translation
The employer may accumulate the worker's accrued leave over a period not exceeding two years if the worker expresses his wish to do so in writing. If the worker leaves work or terminates his work, he shall be entitled to cash compensation for his annual leave of which he has not availed himself.

يجوز لصاحب العمل تجميع إجازة العامل المستحقة خلال مدة لا تجاوز سنتين إذا
أبدى العامل رغبته في ذلك كتابة. وإذا ترك العامل العمل أو أنهى عمله استحق
