Article 12 of Oil Sector Labour Law

The oil workers concerned who receive a monthly wage are entitled to annual leave of thirty days with full pay, increased to forty days after five years of continuous service. Other oil workers are entitled to annual leave of twenty-one days with full pay, increased to thirty days after five years of continuous service. Annual leave shall be calculated so that its duration and the period of work together constitute one full year. A worker is not entitled to leave before completing one year of service.
