Article 22 of Oil Sector Labour Law

In applying the provisions of the preceding Article, the competent governmental authority shall direct a notice to the violator requiring that the violation be rectified within a period it specifies. If the violation is not rectified within the specified period, the papers shall be referred to the competent authority to institute public proceedings. Employees delegated by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour to investigate these violations shall have the capacity of judicial enforcement officers.
