Article 20 of Oil Sector Labour Law

Employers in petroleum operations who employ at least two hundred workers shall prepare training programmes, in agreement with the competent governmental authorities, enabling the largest possible number of citizens to acquire skills and experience in the various aspects of petroleum operations to qualify them to assume technical and leadership positions with employers in petroleum operations. Employers shall submit reports annually to the competent governmental authorities on the progress of implementation of those programmes.
