Article 21 of Oil Sector Labour Law

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, the following shall be punished: – First: - A fine of three dinars shall be imposed on anyone who violates the provisions of Articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17 and 18 of this Law. If the violation is not rectified within one month from the date of the judgment imposing the penalty, the violator shall be punished by a further fine of five dinars. Second: - A fine of twenty dinars shall be imposed on anyone who violates the provisions of Articles 15, 16, 19 and 20 of this Law. If the violation is not rectified within one month from the date of the judgment imposing the penalty, the violator shall be punished by a further fine of fifty dinars.
