Article 7 of Oil Sector Labour Law

For each hour of overtime worked, the worker shall be entitled to remuneration equivalent to the ordinary hourly remuneration to which he is entitled, plus 25% thereof if the overtime is during the day and 50% thereof if the overtime is at night. Overtime remuneration shall be paid at the usual times for payment of wages. A decision defining what is meant by night shall be issued by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour.
