Article 8 of Oil Sector Labour Law

The weekly rest day for oil workers shall be with full pay. If overtime work circumstances require employing a worker on the weekly rest day, he shall be entitled to additional pay for every hour worked equivalent to at least %50% of his ordinary wage, and the employer shall, in this case, compensate the worker for his rest day with another day. The employer shall determine the workers' weekly rest day according to work circumstances.
