English translation
A retained lawyer may delegate another lawyer, under his responsibility, to act in his place in the dispute, pleadings or other litigation procedures without a special power of attorney, unless the power of attorney contains a provision prohibiting this. Employees of lawyers' offices may also appear on their behalf under a special power of attorney before the expert departments, labour offices and criminal evidence departments.

للمحامي الموكل أن ينيب عنه في الخصومة أو في المرافعة أو في غير ذلك من اجراءات
التقاضي محاميا آخر تحت مسئوليته دون توكيل خاص ما لم يكن في التوكيل نـص
يمنع ذلك.
كما يجوز للعاملين لدي مكاتب المحامين الحضور نيابة عنهم بموجب توكيل خاص
