English translation
A lawyer to whom an official or legally authenticated general power of attorney has been issued, including representation of one of the litigants before one or more courts, shall be exempt from producing the original power of attorney, an official copy thereof deposited with the Registry of the Court of First Instance being sufficient. The said court shall maintain a register in which general powers of attorney of this kind submitted to it are entered, and lists shall be drawn up from its factual record and sent to the other courts.

المحامي الذي صدر له توكيل عام رسمي أو مصدق عليه قانونا ويتضمن نيابة
عن أحد الخصوم أمام محكمة أو أكثر يعفى من تقديم أصل التوكيل اكتفاء بصورة
رسمية منه يودعها قلم كتاب المحكمة الكلية، وتعد المحكمة المذكورة سجلا تقيد
فيه التوكيلات العامة التي تقدم لها من هذا القبيل ويحرر من واقعة كشوف ترسل
