English translation
The lawyer or any other representative must submit an authenticated power of attorney to the court at the first hearing at which the representative appears on behalf of the principal. If the principal appears with the lawyer, the hearing clerk shall record this in the hearing minutes after payment of the power-of-attorney fee, and this shall take the place of authentication of the signature.

يجب على المحامي أو على أي وكيل آخر أن يقدم توكيله مصدقا عليه الى المحكمة في
أول جلسة يحضر فيها عن موكله وإذا حضر الموكل مع المحامي اثبت كاتب الجلسة
