English translation
Except for actions whose value does not exceed five thousand dinars, the statement of claim, appeal or petition shall be void if it is not signed by a lawyer admitted before the court with which it is filed. This shall not apply to those filed by the Government.

فيما عدا الدعاوي التي لا تزيد قيمتها على خمسة الاف دينار تبطل صحيفة الدعوي
او الطعن او الالتماس إذا لم توقع من محام مقبول امام المحكمة التي ترفع اليها ولا
