English translation
The Public Prosecution and the lawyer against whom a decision has been rendered may appeal decisions issued by the Disciplinary Board provided for in Article 37 of this Law to the High Court of Appeal, within fifteen days commencing, for the Public Prosecution, from the date the decision is issued and, for the lawyer, from the date the decision is served on him or he receives a copy thereof. This appeal shall be determined by a board composed of the President of the High Court of Appeal or its Deputy President and two of its counsellors appointed annually by its General Assembly. The decision issued shall be final.

للنيابة العامة والمحامي المحكوم عليه استئناف القرارات الصادرة من مجلس
التأديب المنصوص عليه في المادة ٣٧ من هذا القانون إلى محكمة الاستئناف العليا
وذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما تبدأ بالنسبة إلى النيابة العامة من تاريخ صدور القرار
وبالنسبة إلى المحامي من تاريخ إعلانه بالقرار أو تسلمه صورته. ويفصل في هذا
الاستئناف مجلس يؤلف من رئيس محكمة الاستئناف العليا أو وكيلها ومن اثنين
من مستشاريها تعينهما جمعيتها العمومية كل سنة . والقرار الذي يصدر يكون نهائيا.Ask about this article
