English translation
The lawyer may lodge an opposition in the cases issued in his absence within fifteen days from the date of notification to him or his receipt of a copy thereof. The opposition shall be made by a declaration by the opposing lawyer or his representative at the registry of the Court of First Instance.

يجوز للمحامي أن يعارض في الأحوال التي تصدر في غيبته خلال خمسة عشر يوما
من تاريخ إعلانه أو استلامه صورة منها. وتكون المعارضة بتقرير من المحامي
