English translation
The lawyer shall be notified to appear before the Disciplinary Council by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt fifteen days before the scheduled hearing. The lawyer may appear in person or appoint a lawyer to represent him, and the disciplinary body may order him to appear personally before it.

يعلن المحامي بالحضور أمام مجلس التأديب بكتاب موصى عليه (مسجل) بعلــم
الوصول قبل الجلسة المحددة بخمسة عشر يوما، ويجوز للمحامي أن يحضر بنفسه
