English translation
The Public Prosecution shall institute disciplinary proceedings on its own initiative or at the request of the Minister of Justice, the President of the Constitutional Court, the President of the Court of Cassation, the President of the Court of Appeal, the President of the Court of First Instance, or the Lawyers Association.
