English translation
Disciplining lawyers shall fall within the jurisdiction of a council composed of the President of the Court of First Instance or its Deputy President as chair, two of its judges appointed by its general assembly each year, and two lawyers selected by the Board of Directors of Lawyers for a renewable term of one year.
