English translation
The lawyer’s right to claim fees from his client, where there is no instrument evidencing them, shall lapse upon the passage of five Gregorian years from the date of completion of the work performed by the lawyer.

يسقط حق المحامي في مطالبة موكله بالأتعاب عند عدم وجود سند بها بمضي
