The Court shall decide the appeal, even in the absence of the parties, and without oral argument, unless the Court considers this necessary, in which case it may hear the statements of the parties and the Cassation Prosecution. It may, by way of exception, authorize the parties and the Prosecution to file supplementary memoranda within the period it specifies whenever it sees grounds for doing so, and the Prosecution shall be the last to speak. )3(

تفصــل المحكمــة في الطعــن، ولــو في غيبــة الخصــوم، وبــغير مرافعــة، مــا لم تــر المحكمــة
ضرورة لذلــك، فلهــا - حينئــذ - سماع أقــوال الخصــوم ونيابــة التمييز، ويجوز لها اســتثناء
أن تصرح للخصــوم والنيابــة بإيــداع مذكــرات تكميليــة في الميعــاد الــذي تحــدده كلما رأت
