English translation
The debtor shall be personally served at his original domicile or place of work with the petition and the payment order issued against him. He may be served with both by electronic mail or by any modern means of electronic communication capable of being stored and retrieved that is specified by a decision of the Minister of Justice. The petition and the payment order issued upon it shall be deemed never to have existed if they are not served on the debtor within six months from the date the order was issued. )3(

يعلــن المديــن لشــخصه في موطنــه الأصلي أو محــل عملــه بالعريضــة وبالأمــر الصــادر
ضــده بــالأداء، ويجــوز إعلانــه بهما عــن طريــق البريــد الإلــكتروني أو بــأي وســيلة اتصــال
إلكترونيــة حديثــة قابلــة للحفــظ والاســتخراج يصــدر بهــا قــرار مــن وزيــر العــدل.
وتعــتبر العريضــة والأمــر الصــادر عليهــا بــالأداء كأن لم تكــن إذا لم يتــم إعلانهــا للمديــن
