Kuwaiti courts shall have jurisdiction over inheritance matters and actions concerning estates in the following cases: a- If the succession opened in Kuwait. b- If the deceased was Kuwaiti. c- If all or part of the estate's assets are in Kuwait, all or some of the heirs are Kuwaiti, and the court of the place where the succession opened lacks jurisdiction under its law.

تختص المحاكم الكويتية بمسائل الإرث وبالدعاوى المتعلقة بالتركة في الأحوال
الآتية:
أ- إذا كانت التركة قد افتتحت في الكويت.
ب - إذا كان المورث كويتياً.
ج - إذا كانت أموال التركة كلها أو بعضها في الكويت، وكان الورثة كلهم أو بعضهم
