Article 27 of Code of Civil Procedure

If an action falling within their jurisdiction is brought before the Kuwaiti courts, they shall also have jurisdiction to adjudicate preliminary matters and incidental applications in the original action, and every application connected with that action which the proper administration of justice requires to be heard together with it. The Kuwaiti courts shall also have jurisdiction to order provisional and conservatory measures to be implemented in Kuwait, even if they lack jurisdiction over the original action. They shall also have jurisdiction over compulsory enforcement procedures undertaken in Kuwait and disputes relating thereto.
