English translation
The Summary Court shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate at first instance civil and commercial actions whose value does not exceed five thousand dinars, and its judgment shall be final if the value of the action does not exceed two thousand dinars.

تختص المحكمة الجزئية بالحكم ابتدائياً في الدعاوى المدنية والتجارية التي لا تجاوز
قيمتها خمسة آلاف دينار، ويكون حكمها انتهائياً إذا كانت قيمة الدعوى لا تجاوز
