English translation
The assessment of the value of the action shall include compensation, the quarter, expenses and other accessories of assessed value due on the day it is brought. Nevertheless, in all cases, account shall be taken of the value of the building or plantings if their removal is requested. Amounts accruing after the action is brought under continuing contracts shall not be included in the assessment.

يدخل في تقدير قيمة الدعوى ما يكون مستحقاً يوم رفعها من التضمينات والربع
والمصروفات وغير ذلك من الملحقات المقدرة القيمة. ومع ذلك يعتد في جميع
الأحوال بقيمة البناء أو الغراس إذا طلبت إزالته.
