English translation
The court shall rule on the defences separately unless it orders that they be joined to the merits, in which case the court shall state its ruling on both the defence and the merits.

تحكم المحكمة في الدفوع على استقلال ما لم تأمر بضمها إلى الموضوع، وعندئذ تبين
