English translation
A party may join to the action anyone who could properly have been made a party to it when it was instituted, and may join a guarantor to it whenever a ground giving rise to a guarantee obligation exists. This shall be done by the ordinary procedures for instituting an action before the day of the hearing, with due regard to the time limits for appearance. It may also be done at the hearing if the person whose joinder is sought appears and agrees before the court to this procedure.

للخصم أن يدخل في الدعوى من كان يصح اختصامه فيها عند رفعها، وله أن يدخل
ضامناً فيها متى قام سبب موجب للضمان ويكون ذلك بالإجراءات المعتادة لرفع
الدعوى قبل يوم الجلسة مع مراعاة مواعيد الحضور، كما يجوز حصوله في الجلسة إذا
