English translation
If it appears to the court that one of the original or incidental claims, or part of either, is admitted before it, it may give judgment thereon at the request of the interested party and retain the remainder for determination.

إذا تــبين للمحكمــة أن أحــد الطلبــات الأصليــة أو العارضــة أو جــزءا مــن أيهما مســلم
بــه أمامهــا جــاز لها أن تحكــم فيــه بنــاء على طلــب صاحــب المصلحــة وتســتبقي الباقــي
