English translation
The plaintiff or the defendant may submit incidental claims connected with the original claim in such a manner that the proper administration of justice warrants their being considered together. These claims shall be submitted to the court through the usual procedures for instituting proceedings before the day of the hearing, or by a memorandum served in accordance with the ordinary formalities, or by an application made orally at the hearing in the presence of the opposing party and recorded in its minutes.

للمدعي أو المدعى عليه أن يقدم من الطلبات العارضة ما يكون مرتبطاً بالطلب
الأصلي ارتباطاً يجعل من حسن سير العدالة نظرهما معاً.
وتقدم هذه الطلبات إلى المحكمة بالإجراءات المعتادة لرفع الدعوى قبل يوم الجلسة،
أو بمذكرة توجه وفق الأوضاع العادية، أو بطلب يقدم شفاهاً في الجلسة في حضور
