Article 29 of Press and Publications Law

The competent Minister shall issue a decision concerning audio, visual, and audiovisual publications, and in particular the system for licensing premises for printing, issuing, and selling media subject to the provisions of this Law, their licensing fees, inspection and supervision thereof, and their administrative closure. The competent Minister shall also issue a decision appointing the employees entrusted with recording violations of the provisions of this Law, drawing up their reports and procedures, and referring them to the Public Prosecution.
