Article 28 of National Assembly Elections Law

The date of general elections shall be determined by decree, and the date of supplementary elections shall be determined by a decision of the General Electoral Commission. The decree or decision must be published at least one month before the date set for the elections, unless the decree is ruled invalid, in which case the new decree shall be published within three days of the date of issuance of the judgment, provided that the elections are held on the same date specified in the first decree. The elections shall be conducted in accordance with the latest amendments to the electoral rolls published before issuance of the decree or decision calling electors to the elections. The General Secretariat of the General Electoral Commission shall issue an electronic copy of these rolls within seven days of the date of issuance of the decree or decision calling electors to vote
