Candidates and their agents have the right to enter the election hall, and they may appoint as an agent at each polling station one of the electors in the constituency, with the authorization being in writing, and the representative any candidate has the right to be present at the committee throughout the entire counting process, and he may not be removed unless he commits an act warranting that. No persons other than electors and candidates may be present at the polling station, and none of them may carry a visible or concealed weapon. For the purposes of this Article, weapons include—in addition to firearms—bladed weapons and sticks for which there is no personal need.

للمرشحين ووكلائهم حق الدخول في قاعة الانتخاب، ولهم أن يوكلوا في كل
مركز اقتراع أحد الناخبين بالدائرة ويكون التوكيل كتابة، والممثل أي مرشح
حق التواجد في اللجنة أثناء عملية الفرز كاملة، ولا يجوز إخراجه ما لم يرتكب
فعلاً يستدعي ذلك.
ولا يجوز أن يحضر في مركز الاقتراع غير الناخبين والمرشحين، ولا يجوز أن يحمل
أي منهم سلاحا ظاهرا او مخبأ.
ويعتبر سلاحًا في حكم هذه المادة – بالإضافة إلى الأسلحة النارية – الأسلحة
