Article 37 of National Assembly Elections Law

Every voter must present his nationality certificate to the committee when casting his vote. The committee must examine it and stamp it with a special stamp after his identity has been verified from the nationality certificate by the chair of the committee. The chair of the committee may entrust verification of the identity of a female voter to a female member of the committee or to a female voter.
