English translation
The committee chairman shall hand each voter a ballot paper to express his opinion. The voter shall withdraw behind the areas designated for expressing opinions inside the polling hall, record his opinion on the ballot paper, and then place it in the ballot box. The committee rapporteur shall sign beside the name of the voter who has expressed his opinion. A voter unable to record his opinion on the paper himself shall withdraw to one of the areas designated for expressing opinions inside the polling hall to confide his opinion to the committee chairman alone, who must record the opinion on the paper and place it in the box.

يقوم رئيس اللجنة بتسليم كل ناخب ورقة انتخاب لإبداء الرأي، وينتحي
الناخب خلف النواحي المخصصة لإبداء الرأي داخل قاعة الانتخاب ويثبت
رأيه في ورقة الانتخاب ثم يضعها في صندوق الانتخاب، ويوقع مقرر اللجنة
أمام اسم الناخب الذي أبدى رأيه.
والناخب الذي لا يستطيع أن يثبت بنفسه رأيه في الورقة يتنحى ناحيـة مـــن
النواحي المخصصة لإبداء الرأي داخل قاعة الانتخاب ليستر برأيه إلى رئيس
