Article 41 of National Assembly Elections Law

The chairpersons of the primary committees shall receive the original records of the counting of votes of the subsidiary committees and the ballot boxes. Each shall, in the presence of its members, all chairpersons and members of the subsidiary committees and five representatives of the candidates, selected by agreement among themselves or by lot if no agreement is reached, aggregate the results of counting the ballot boxes by public Law Index 93 Home Page National Assembly Elections Law Law No. 120 of 2023 concerning the Election of Members of the National Assembly announcement. An aggregate counting record of the result for the polling place shall be prepared in an original and a copy, signed by the committee chairperson and members present. The subsidiary committees' counting records shall be attached to the original, and the copy shall be placed in the primary committee's box. The box shall be closed and sealed with red wax, then transported with the counting records to the main committee, accompanied by the primary committee chairperson, the Ministry of Interior's representative and five representatives of the candidates present, selected by agreement among themselves or by lot if no agreement is reached. The original vote-counting records and the box shall be delivered to the main committee chairperson. The chairperson of each subsidiary committee shall deliver its box to the General Secretariat of the National Assembly to remain in its safekeeping until all electoral challenges have been decided, after which they shall be sent to the headquarters of the General Elections Commission.
