Article 42 of National Assembly Elections Law

The following shall be deemed invalid: 1. Votes subject to a condition. 2. Votes recorded on a paper other than that delivered by the committee. 3. Votes recorded on a paper signed by the elector or bearing a sign or mark placed by him that may identify him. 4. Votes expressed orally before the committee without following the procedures and rules stipulated in the second paragraph of Article (38) of this Law. h. Votes selecting a number of candidates greater than the number specified by law.
