Subject to the provisions of Article (36) of this Law, the chairman of the electoral committee shall announce the close of the electoral process. If all voters attend and cast their votes in the voter lists before the scheduled closing time, the committee chairman shall announce the close of the election after the last voter expresses his choice. The electoral process shall continue if it appears that voters present at the designated polling centres have not yet cast their votes. In this case, voting shall be restricted to those voters alone.
