Article 62 of National Assembly Elections Law

The Public Authority for Civil Information shall send to the General Elections Commission, within twenty days from the date this Law enters into force, the lists stipulated in Article (10) of this Law. Within the following twenty days, the Commission shall register the names of Kuwaitis in their electoral constituencies in accordance with these lists, after verifying that all conditions required for exercising their electoral rights are met and after updating their particulars in the manner stated in the said Article, provided that these lists include the name Law Index 98 Home Page National Assembly Elections Law Law No. 120 of 2023 concerning the Election of Members of the National Assembly as appearing on the nationality certificate, the registration number, his electoral status, the electoral constituency, and the roll containing his electoral domicile where he resides. The electoral rolls shall be published in the Official Gazette, and any other electoral rolls drawn up before the date this Law enters into force shall be canceled.
