English translation
During the period from publication of the decree or decision calling the elections until the announcement of the detailed election results, no investigative, search, arrest, imprisonment, or other criminal procedural measure may be taken against members of the General Elections Commission without permission from the Commission, except in a case of flagrante delicto.

لا يجوز أثناء الفترة من نشر مرسوم أو قرار الدعوة للانتخابات إلى حين إعلان
نتائج الانتخابات التفصيلية بغير حالة الجرم المشهود اتخاذ أي من إجراءات
التحقيق، أو التفتيش أو القبض أو الحبس أو أي إجراء جزائي آخر ضد أعضاء
