The Commission may use secure modern technological means in all or some stages of elections in a manner falling within its competence. It may seek the assistance of persons it considers experienced and competent to accomplish its work, provided that they possess independence and impartiality.

للمفوضية استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة المؤمنة في كل أو بعض مراحل
الانتخابات على النحو الذي يدخل في اختصاصها، ويجوز لها أن تستعين بمن
تراه من ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة لإنجاز عملها بشرط أن تتوافر فيه الاستقلالية
