English translation
The action shall be instituted by a statement of claim deposited with the Registry of the Court of First Instance. This statement must contain a statement of the subject matter of the dispute, its grounds and the requests of the person submitting the statement, in addition to the general particulars that action documents must contain. Supporting documents shall be submitted with the statement. A sufficient number of copies must be submitted to the Registry in addition to the original statement.

يكون رفع الدعوى بصحيفة تودع إدارة كتاب المحكمة الكلية، ويجب أن تشتمل
هذه الصحيفة على بيان موضوع المنازعة وأسبابها وطلبات مقدم الصحيفة وذلك
بالإضافة إلى البيانات العامة التي يجب اشتمال أوراق الدعاوى عليها، وتقدم مع
الصحيفة المستندات المؤيدة لها .
ويجب أن يقدم إلى إدارة الكتاب بالإضافة إلى أصل الصحيفة عدد كاف من الصور.Ask about this article
