Article 6 of Law Establishing the Administrative Circuit

An application for annulment of a decision shall not stay its implementation. However, the Administrative Circuit may, where requested in the statement of claim: 1- Order a stay of implementation of the decision if it considers that the consequences of implementation may be impossible to remedy and the decision is among those stipulated in item Fifth of Article One. 2- Order continued payment of all or part of the salary pending determination of the application to annul the termination of service, if it considers that the circumstances of the action justify this.
