Article 8 of Law Establishing the Constitutional Court

The Court shall draw up regulations containing the rules governing litigation procedures before it, the conduct of its work and the enforcement of its judgments. These regulations shall be issued by decree upon the submission of the Minister of Justice, and litigation fees shall likewise be determined by decree. In all matters for which no special provision is made in those regulations, the provisions applicable before the Cassation Chamber shall apply, insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law or with the nature of the work of the Constitutional Court.
