If the Constitutional Court determines that a law, decree-law or regulation is unconstitutional, or that an administrative regulation is unlawful because it contravenes a law in force, the competent authorities must promptly take the measures necessary to rectify these contraventions and settle their effects in respect of the past. إذا قررت المحكمة الدستورية عدم دستورية قانون أو مرسوم بقانون أو لائحة أو
عدم شرعية لائحة من اللوائح الإدارية لمخالفتها لقانون نافذ، وجب على السلطات
المختصة أن تبادر إلى اتخاذ ما يلزم من تدابير لتصحيح هذه المخالفات، وتسوية
